Subscription billing status

27 Oct 2026

  • If your account is on a monthly API subscription agreed with us, the new partnerBilling query shows its status: the fee, the next date it is taken, whether API access is paused, and your wallet balance against the fee. It stays readable while access is paused. See Payments.
  • While a fee is unpaid past its grace period, catalogue and order calls are refused with the error SUBSCRIPTION_PAUSED. Access resumes automatically once the wallet covers the fee. See Errors.
  • Each fee is taken from your wallet, and we issue a GST invoice for it in your name. It is not part of the order invoices in the API; ask your GlamBug contact for a copy. Accounts without a subscription are not affected.

Webhook headers also sent as X-GlamBug-*

  • Every webhook header is now sent twice, with identical values: X-GlamBug-Event, -Delivery, -Timestamp, -Signature and -Attempt, and the original X-Ornato-* names. Existing integrations need no change. Use the X-GlamBug-* names in new ones. See Webhooks.

  • Order status changes, shipment updates and new invoices can now be pushed to an address you give us, signed so you can verify them. Ask your GlamBug contact to turn it on. See Webhooks.

Parcel sender follows your account plan

10 Oct 2026

  • The sender printed on a parcel and label is set by us from your account: your own business name and phone if your account is set up as white label, otherwise ours. Any sender details in the request are ignored.
  • A white-label account with no phone number on its profile now gets the error PARTNER_PHONE_MISSING when submitting an order. Ask us to add the number. See Orders.

Incremental catalogue sync

  • partnerProducts accepts includeUnavailable and updatedSince, so you can read only what changed and see what to hide.
  • Products now return available and updatedAt.
  • limit is capped at 500 per page. See Products and Staying in Sync.

Orders are checked against your wallet

  • Submitting an order is refused with INSUFFICIENT_BALANCE when the wallet balance, net of your other pending orders, does not cover the total. See Orders.
